At Boycey’s Wood Fired Pizza we use only the freshest and highest quality natural ingredients. Each batch of dough is prepared in a mixing bowl, by hand, never by machine. All of these things combine to create the most delicious pizza you’ll ever experience.
It’s kind of crazy to see an adobe oven on wheels, but that’s what makes us unique! We fire our oven with locally sourced oak in screaming hot oven temperatures of around 700 degrees (F), which gives our pizzas their unique flavour and enables them to be ready to eat in around 2 minutes. We can cater for a minimum of 30 to a party the size of Europe!
We offer rustic 9” or 12” pizzas
Our standard menu caters across the board from meat eaters to vegetarians
The choice is yours when it comes to toppings, if you would like something different from our most popular menu, no problem just ask. Our most extravagant topping request so far has been banana or marmite!
We bring an array of toppings such as : Pepperoni – Ham – Fresh peppers – Fire chillies – Red onion – Pineapple – Mushroom
We provide Napkins and paper plates which is included in quote.

We don’t offer pizza slices, it just doesn’t work! it’s a kind of scenario why would you have a slice that’s been sat there when you can have freshly cooked pizzas within a few minutes.
We don’t buy pre packeted supermarket salad that a caterpillar on its last legs wouldn’t touch!
We can fit a batch of 3 or 4 – 9 inch pizzas in our oven at a time or a batch of 2-3 – 12 inch pizzas in our oven
We need to be able to drive or reverse our pizza oven into situ
We require a space of around 6 x 6 meters for our marquee and pizza oven
We need to arrive around 3 hours prior to service to fire oven and set-up
